The company consists of two sub-factories: Rock Rare Metal
Catalyst Factory, Rock Pharmaceutical Chemical Factory and
Rock Chemical Parts Factory.
Rock Rare Metal Catalyst Factory is a hi-tech enterprise
specialized in R&D of rare metal catalyst, recognized
by Shannxi Provincial Committee of Science and Technology.
The company has a young and rich-experienced technical team.
Depending on the support of open R&D system, the driving
of West Development, at present, Baoji Rock is China's largest
modern enterprise dealing with R&D and production of
rare metal catalysts. The company has successfully developed
more than 20 kinds of rare metal catalysts, as the substitute
of imported products, widely used in pharmaceutical, petrochemical
and fine chemical industries. At the same time, the company
provides the service in the field of type selection, design,
buyback and reproduction of catalyst for clients.
Pharmaceutical Chemical Factory has a modern large-scale
pharmaceutical production base in Baoji City Hi-tech Development
Area. Among staff, about 50% are medium-rank and senior
technicians. The factory covers an area of 23,000 square
meters and the building area of 10,000 square meters, consists
of two synthesis workshops, one test centre, R&D lab
and auxiliary workshops, offices, etc. Here is equipped
with modern production facilities, scientific quality management
system, strict sanitation management system and perfect
test method. The factory produces the products according
to the national standard and industrial standard, and referring
to the international standard. The factory can supply and
develop high quality pharmaceutical materials and intermediates
for clients.
The titanium metal pipe fittings developed by our company
are of light weight, high specific strength and excellent
corrosive resistance, widely used in aviation, space flight,
petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile and pharmaceutical
fields. Depending on the rich experience in titanium metal
processing, and adopting the high-quality titanium alloy
materials produced by Baoji Non-ferrous Processing Factory,
we manufacture a wide variety of pipe fittings meeting Chinese,
Germany and British Standard. We also process all kinds
of fittings, standard parts and valves from titanium, nickel
and stainless steel.
